5.2 Macro-environment

The macro-environment refers to the larger societal factors that affect an organization, its customers, and its stakeholders. It refers to the broad economic, technological, political, and cultural forces and trends that shape the environment in which an organization operates and competes. The macro-environment includes factors such as:
