8. Community Content

9. App Store and Google Play Account Deletion

Deleting your RCM Online College account does not automatically delete your Apple ID, Google account, app store purchase history, or records maintained independently by Apple or Google.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may remain subject to Apple’s or Google’s own billing, purchase history, and refund policies.

Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after submission and verification.

Some deletion actions may be completed immediately through self-service account settings, while others may require administrative review, identity verification, or additional processing time.

12. Effect on Course Access and Refunds

Deleting your account does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
