The April 2025 examinations are less than two aways thus it is important to take note of important deadlines for exam booking. To sit for the April 2025 KASNEB (Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board) examinations students should register by Friday, 21st March 2025. It is critical for students, their parents and/ or guardians to make the exam booking by the aforementioned close date in order to avoid being locked out of the April 2025 exam sitting and last-minute rush.

Process of Exam Registration
- To register students should download the qualification brochure on the KASNEB website kasneb.or.ke.
- Log in to the KASNEB student portal at kasneb.or.ke using your credentials. Note, if you are a new student, you will need to register and activate your account first.
- Navigate to Examination Booking and on the left-hand menu, select (Examination Booking > Student Booking > Examination Booking).
- Select exam details and choose the exam sitting and consequently select the papers you wish to sit for and your preferred examination center.
- Agree to Terms and Conditions: Review and agree to the terms and conditions before submitting your application.
- Proceed to Payment: Generate an invoice and make payment via M-Pesa, KASNEB Wallet, or debit card.

- Receive Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking receipt and exam timetable via email.
- Alternatively, students can get the qualification brochures from various sources including:
- KASNEB
- KASNEB counters at Huduma Centres located at Nairobi GPO, Kisumu, Kisii, Eldoret, Nyeri, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kitale, Kakamega, Meru and Thika.
- The Kenya National Library Service (KNLS) branches across the country.
- The training institutions offering KASNEB courses.
- Fill Out the Form: After obtaining the form, fill it out by providing the required details, including your preferred exam center and papers.
- Submit the Form and Pay Fees: Deliver the filled form to a KASNEB office or approved center and pay the exam fees through stipulated methods on the student portal.
- Await Confirmation: After submission, wait for approval and confirmation of your exam booking.
Methods of Payment of Fees
There are various methods for paying the examination registration fees including:
- Payment through the student portal: Students are advised to use the student portal link https://online.kasneb.or.ke

- Payment by students based outside Kenya: Foreign-based students should pay through KCB Dollar Account No.1123096465

Annual Registration
All KASNEB students must pay the annual registration fee. The rules for annual registration are as follows:
- All continuing KASNEB students are required to renew their annual registration by 1 July of each year.
- New KASNEB students are advised to note that the annual registration renewal fee is due on the 1 July following the first eligible examination sitting and annually thereafter.
