How it works

From M-Pesa to Zoom in one evening

  1. 01 Pick your course Choose a KASNEB, ACCA, KNEC or short course unit. Intake is open all year.
  2. 02 Pay with M-Pesa Use Paybill 6242839, account = unit name. Forward the message to 0719 525 000.
  3. 03 Join class tonight Get the Zoom link, recordings and notes. Rewatch offline in the iOS or Android app.
  4. 04 Sit and pass Revision clinics before April, August and December sittings. Then verify your certificate.

Which courses do you offer?

KASNEB (CPA, ATD, CIFA, CS, CAMS, CFFE, CPFM, BDA), ACCA, KNEC diplomas, KCSE revision, and short courses in Excel, Sage, QuickBooks and iTax.

Where are you located?

Learning centre at Stanbank House, 1st Floor, Moi Avenue, Nairobi. Head office at Corner House, 13th Floor. Admin at Commonwealth House, 5th Floor, Moi Avenue.

How are classes delivered?

Live on Zoom in the evenings and at weekends, plus pre-recorded lessons and published notes you can watch offline in the student app.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with the same email you use here to watch lectures, sit CATs, download notes and get live-class alerts.

Are there student groups and forums?

Yes. Each course has a discussion room — CPA Intermediate Nairobi, ATD Nyanza, ACCA FR, the December sitting, alumni and more.

How much do classes cost?

Most KASNEB units are Ksh 5,200. ACCA courses are Ksh 10,800, practical courses such as Business Data Analytics are Ksh 10,000, CPFM is Ksh 7,000, and short courses are Ksh 3,000.

What time are classes?

Live classes typically run 18:00–20:00 EAT on weekdays, with Saturday labs. Recordings are available immediately after.

When is intake?

Always open. Join mid-cycle and catch up with recordings. KASNEB sits in April, August and December.

How do I pay?

M-Pesa Paybill 6242839 for classes (account = unit name) and Paybill 4029569 for books (account = book title). Forward the M-Pesa message to 0719 525 000.

Do you provide notes?

Yes. Live teaching, pre-recorded videos, published notes and revision kits from RCM Publishers — soft copy in the app, hard copy from the Nairobi office.

How many courses can I take at once?

No hard limit. We encourage three courses a sitting for working students.
