Outline five contents of the register of company secretaries of public companies

• If its an individual as a company secretary, it will contain;
• Name and address of the company secretary
• Date of appointment and exit as a company secretary.
• If it’s a corporate entity/form the register will contain;
• Name of the company/firm
• Form under which the firm operates
• Registered office of the firm/company
